Traveling

I don't understand how people don't like to travel. I get that it is expensive, takes time, takes planning etc. but I can't imagine my life without all my trips and adventures...big and small. I was just looking at some old pictures from last summer...thinking that it is hard to believe it's been a year...time seems to go by so, so fast these days. I started thinking about places I have been and places I still want to go. For 26 I think it's a decent list but there is so much more I want to see and do....

I am getting quite good at traveling and sometimes prefer to travel alone...I am such an efficient traveler, great flier, and well...with a good book, the Ipod, and magazines...I am good to go!

So ready for my first trip of the summer which will be on June 3rd to Kure Beach, NC with my dear friend Tracy and her kids. It has kinda turned into an annual trip for us to celebrate the end of the school year (AKA....we survived!) This will be our 3rd year in a row heading up there and gosh probably like our 8th trip together. I am hoping for good weather and already have 3 books I am itching to read. One titled...Hope in a Jar---kinda sums up my life at this point in time.

So Summer is on the horizon and somehow I imagine it might be even better than the last!
