Perfect Weekend in San Fran and Sonoma

Sunny skies, comfortable temperatures, city views, wine country, rolling hills, catching up with friends...I always love a trip up to SF. So different than SoCal and in a lot of ways I like it a lot more. Great, great visit...now home for a little over a week and then Utah bound. Sweet, sweet Summer time is on the horizon!
