This trip home is flying by too fast but I keep telling myself I still have a week left! Gotta make the most of it and spend as much time with everyone as possible. Since getting home from the beach I have hung with the family, got a mani and pedi with my Mom, had Happy Hour with some friends, ate dinner with and caught up with one of my all time favorite couples...Dobbin and Kris. Spent time sitting on their back deck, listening to Vann Morrison and drinking margaritas...perfection. Monday Kris, Jody, and I headed out for a day on the lake. 8 hours to be exact...drinking, floating, laughing, talking...enjoying the good life of Summer in the South. It has been awesome!
Tomorrow I look forward to finally getting my hair cut and colored by my friend Reeves...several hours to chat and catch up with her...then to Tracy's to see numerous friends and former coworkers for a cookout, games, and good times. Up bright and early to head to Savannah to see that precious Salley family. Busy, busy but busy is GOOD!
