I have made some wonderful friends in San Diego...but what makes me happier is that Roxie has friends too. She doesn't always show an interest in other dogs...in fact...it is usually one extreme or the other...she really likes them or she really wants to tear their head off. I am so fortunate to have met my friend Alex (she dates Jake's best friend in SD) and she got a puppy a few months ago. We did it right by introducing the dogs very early and they were fast friends! Running, playing, jumping, chasing, and their favorite...hitting the beach! Having a dog is wonderful but having friends with dogs is even better! Makes the dog park waaaay more fun!
